1. What you are buying
The AI Digital Income System by Age of Matrix (the "System") is a digital download: 160 AI employees for Claude in 7 modules (Claude skills and plugins), a course-style dashboard (START-HERE.html) and 4 bonuses: the Custom Agent Builder, 20 done-for-you n8n automations, 1,000 prompts and an AI Tools Directory (279 tools). It is sold through Whop and delivered as a download right after payment. Seller: Age of Matrix.
2. Licence: personal and client use, no resale
This licence is granted only to the person or business that bought the System (the "Buyer").
What you may do
- Install and use the AI employees, the Custom Agent Builder and every file in this download for your own business.
- Use them to do paid work for your own clients, and give those clients the finished results they make (posts, videos, pages, emails, documents, automations and other outputs). Your clients own the results you deliver to them.
- Change the skills for your own use or your clients' work.
What you may not do
- Sell, resell, give away, share, upload or publish the AI employees, the skills, the dashboard or any part of this download, changed or unchanged, alone or inside another product, course, membership, template pack or bundle.
- Give your login, download or files to anyone outside your own business.
- Remove this licence or claim the System as your own work.
Third-party parts. Some scripts include open-source code under their own licences, listed in each skill's CREDITS.md. Those parts stay under their own licences.
Ending this licence. This licence ends automatically if you break it. When it ends, you must delete every copy of the download.
3. All sales are final: no refunds, no guarantee
All sales are final. The System is a digital product delivered instantly, so there are no refunds and no money-back guarantee. Once the download is available to you, it cannot be returned.
This does not affect any rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.
4. Buyers in the UK and the EU
If you buy as a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online. For digital content that is not on a physical medium, that right ends once the download starts, if you asked for immediate access and accepted that you would lose the right.
By buying the System, you ask for immediate access to the download and you accept that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download starts.
Whop's checkout should show the same consent line, and you agree to it there before paying.
5. The launch price
The launch price is 97 USD until 30 November 2026 at 11:59 pm US Central time, the date and time shown by the countdown on the sales page. At that moment the price goes up to as much as 1,997 USD. We do not restart or extend this deadline, and the countdown does not reset when you reload the page. The values shown next to each part of the System are our own estimate of what that part would be worth as done-for-you work or a stand-alone programme; they are not former prices.
6. Earnings and results
No income promise. Any income or time-saving figures we share, including "We made $8,967 within 2 weeks of launching, using these AI employees" and "It saves me 100+ hours of work", are our own results. They are not typical, and they are not a promise or a prediction of what you will earn or save. Your results depend on your effort, niche, skills and market. Most people make less, and some make nothing.
Example outputs shown on the sales page and in the training come from made-up businesses (such as Nova Notes) in the employees' example files. They are not customer results.
7. What you need, and what costs extra
- Claude Pro is required. Every AI employee runs on Claude Pro or higher, which you buy from Anthropic separately. It is not included in the price.
- Third-party tools are paid separately. Some employees offer paid tools as an option, and a few jobs need something you buy elsewhere (for example a domain, a phone number or sending inboxes). You sign up and pay those companies directly. We are not affiliated with them, and their prices and terms can change.
- Some employees need the Claude desktop app (Code tab) on your own computer.
8. No warranty
The System is provided as it is, without any warranty. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for checking every output before you use or publish it, and for following the laws and platform rules that apply to you. Nothing in the download or on our pages is legal, tax or financial advice.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything to do with the System is limited to the price you paid.
9. Changes and updates
The download is the version available on the day you buy. Lessons marked "coming soon" in the dashboard arrive as free updates to the same download.
